Two Airmen of the 127th Logistics Readiness Squadron, from Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich, sit in on a class tought by Lisa Schuett, a nutritionist at the Health and Wellness Center (HAWC) at Joint Base Elmendorf/Ft. Richardson (JBER), Alaska. Lt. Col. Brian Botkin, cCommander of the 127th LRS, made group fitness a top priority for the 40 members of the 127th LRS who comppleted their two weeks of annual tour at JBER. The commander lead PT sessions twice daily during the deployment, and provided members the opportunity to attend personal training session, and led several group hikes during off duty times.
