191st Vertical Stabilizer Repair
Airmen with the 191st Maintenance Group work to repair the vertical stabilizer of a KC-135 Stratotanker at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich. The aircraft had been struck by lightning shortly before landing at the base in late 2015. The aircraft landed without incident, but required extensive repairs. It has since been returned to service.
