Maintainers of the 127th Maintenance Group prepare A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan, Nov. 2, 2022. The 127th Wing, host unit of Selfridge Air National Guard Base, operates 578,000 square feet of ramp space, an Air Force operated air traffic control tower, two flying missions, and supports more than 70 tenant units representing all but one branch of the U.S. military and Department of Homeland Security, making it home to a ready, reliable and relevant airfield.
