Hill coordinates the monthly Newcomers briefing program, in which new members of the Michigan Air National Guard are given a basic overview of the mission and the resources of the 127th Wing at Selfridge. Air Force personnel routinely create such continuity books, which is a resource that allows an operation to continue to operate in the event an Airman who normally manages that program is absent for any reason, such as a deployment.
