127th Wing Photos

Ensuring Continuity

SSgt. Tanisha Hill, a personnel specialist with the 127th Force Support Squadron, prepares a new continuity book for the Newcomers program at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich., Aug. 14, 2011. Hill coordinates the monthly Newcomers briefing program, in which new members of the Michigan Air National Guard are given a basic overview of the mission and the resources of the 127th Wing at Selfridge. Air Force personnel routinely create such continuity books, which is a resource that allows an operation to continue to operate in the event an Airman who normally manages that program is absent for any reason, such as a deployment.
