Boss-Lift at Selfridge

Freddie Winston, who owns a construction company near Washington D.C., sits in a HH-65 Dolphin helicopter at U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Detroit, located on Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich., Aug. 25, 2012. Winston was participating in a Boss-Lift program in which civilian employers are given an orientation tour of a military base to help educate them on the duties of their employees who also serve in the National Guard or one of the Reserve components of the military.
