Promotion Board

Senior Master Sgt. Anthony Liggins, 127th Air Refueling Squadron, meets with a promotion board at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich., Dec. 14, 2011. Liggins met the board as a candidate for promotion to chief master sergeant, the highest enlisted rank in the U.S. Air Force.
