MSgt. Leslie Blanks returned home to Michigan Jan. 6, 2012, after a 6-month deployment to Liberia. Blanks is a member of the 127th Logistics Readiness Squadron at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich. The Michigan National Guard and the Armed Forces of Liberia recently entered into a partnership program.
