On June 10, 2011, the Robotic Systems Joint Project Office at Selfridge Air National Guard Base held their third annual Robot Trot. Over 100 runners competed in the 5K race. Several runners also competed in a 10-mile race to qualify for the Army 10-Miler, which will be held in Washington D.C. later this year. Proceeds from the event went to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.
