All-Hazards Training
150605-Z-MI929-014 – Emergency personnel receive a scrub down during a training exercise at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich., June 5, 2015. During the exercise, a smoke machine was used to create a simulated cloud of chlorine gas after an industrial accident. Firefighters and other base personnel trained in the steps necessary to respond to such an emergency. Airmen at Selfridge conduct a variety of training exercises every year to be able to respond to local emergencies and/or to deploy to forward locations.
