Staff Sgt. Michael Shoff works in the aerospace ground equipment shop -- known as "AGE" -- for the 191st Maintenance Squadron at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich., Oct. 9, 2014. AGE specialists needs to be well-rounded mechanics as they maintain, repair and troubleshoot about two dozen different types of equipment used to support aircraft operations, including electronics, pneumatics, power generation, heating & cooling and more.
