Slocum, commander of the 127th Wing, presents an award to three Anchor Bay Junior ROTC cadets that came together for drill team competitions on Otc. 17, 2015, at Anchor Bay High School in Michigan. Ten teams of approximately 25 cadets meet to compare professional abilities against one another exhibiting the capability to work as a team, perform in a stressful environment, and display discipline.
