Golf Gate Closed for Construction

SELFRIDGE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Mich. --  The entrance to Selfridge off North River Road in Harrison Township, or the Golf Gate as it is more commonly referenced, is currently closed for construction. 

During the closure, employees of the base are able to utilize the Joy Gate entrance which will be open from 5:30 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. daily and closed on federal holidays. Visitors are to use the main entrance to the base at the juncture of Jefferson Ave. and William P. Rosso Highway (M-59)  Delays at the main entrance can be anticipated due to greater traffic levels.

The construction project is anticipated to be completed in the early spring.
