Selfridge to host Retiree Appreciation Day

SELFRIDGE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Mich. --  Selfridge Air National Guard Base will play host to the 2012 Retiree Appreciation Day Sept. 22, which is being sponsored this year by the Fort McCoy Lower Michigan Retiree Affairs Council.

All military retirees, including Reserve "gray area" retirees within a couple of years of full retirement, their spouses, widows and widowers are invited to attend. Conference subjects will include pension, medical and dental benefits, pending legislation, National Cemeteries and Department of Veterans Affairs activities.
