ANG Command Chief Visit

140309-Z-EZ686-015 -- Chief Master Sgt. James Hotaling, command chief of the Air National Guard, talks with Airman 1st Class Stephanie Young, a member of the 127th Operations Support Squadron, at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Mich., during a town hall meeting at the base, March 8, 2014. Hotaling quizzed the younger Airman on her experiences in Basic Military Training, noting similarities and differences in the training now compared to the BMT experienced by some older members of the Air National Guard. Hotaling said Airmen should always remember the pride they felt upon completing BMT and use that pride to motivate them to be the best possible Airmen they can be. (Air National Guard photo by MSgt.
