Where are you going?

Where are you going?

If you can't answer that then you are due, might I say over-due, in setting a goal(s).

Success is the progressive achievement of a goal. You have to have one or you are just a ship without a rudder; ending up wherever happen-chance leads you. Take control of your destiny.

Look at those people that you feel are successes in their own right. Seek them out as your mentor. Follow their lead, identify what is required and break it down into attainable steps.

You can exceed your own expectations; if you set your fears aside, be bold, be quick, be decisive and take control of your personal rudder? What do you want? What does it take to achieve it? Take action now. Your goals should be Specific, Meaningful, Attainable, Rewarding and Trackable (SMART). By doing this you are not only helping yourself, but ultimately your employer, and our Wing.

Let me know if this makes a difference for you, I would love to hear your plan/ success stories.
